Founded a private-market technology platform giving qualified international investors access to curated real-world assets, starting with prime luxury real estate in Marbella. Defined the vision, investment thesis, product strategy, and operating model; led platform architecture across KYC-first onboarding, deal-room experience, digital ownership infrastructure, and investor reporting; and built the commercial model across origination, transaction, management, and exit economics — coordinating legal, regulatory, and compliance analysis across Spain and Europe.
Owned global product direction for the payment experience in a gaming-technology environment — cards, P2P platforms, cryptocurrency flows, acceptance, conversion, and fraud prevention. Led a cross-functional team of 50+ across product, engineering, and operations, translating business strategy into roadmap, delivery priorities, and measurable KPIs, and integrating fraud controls into product design while balancing acceptance, experience, and risk.
Owned lending strategy, product direction, and P&L across product, risk, collections, marketing, IT, and legal. Transformed a small financial unit into a scalable digital and offline lending operation, delivering approximately €3M in net profit at 120% of budget. Led 90+ professionals, established KPI-driven performance management, and redesigned the pay-in/pay-out ecosystem — cutting cash-in-hand time from 25 minutes to 8.
Owned country performance and cross-functional execution, increasing annual sales from approximately €53M to €103M through operational efficiency and marketing optimization. Led a distributed workforce of 220+ across Mexico, Belarus, Russia, and Spain, and migrated collections and operations to Mexico — reducing costs by roughly 70% while maintaining performance standards.
Launched a new country operation from regulatory approvals through infrastructure, product readiness, hiring, and commercial execution. Scaled the team from 6 to 40 and led the business to profitability within two years, establishing the growth strategy, lending processes, and risk-management frameworks.
Defined and executed product roadmaps for digital-banking solutions — mobile and web banking, personal financial management, and big-data analytics. Expanded reach by securing a major commercial-banking partnership in LATAM, and bridged commercial, product, and technology stakeholders to translate banking needs into scalable delivery.
